4. Device Compatibility

Before purchasing, the customer is responsible for ensuring:

No refunds will be issued for incompatibility caused by locked or unsupported devices, unless clearly stated.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

• All eSIMs are delivered instantly via email after successful payment.
• Users receive:

  - Manual activation instructions

If an email is delayed or not received, customers must contact support, and we will resend the eSIM immediately.

6. Activation & Usage

7. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 business days.
• A refund is issued only if:

• Refunds will not be provided if:
  ✘ The device is not eSIM-compatible
  ✘ The device is network-locked
  ✘ The user activated the eSIM and consumed data
  ✘ Incorrect email or mistaken purchase by the customer
  ✘ Issues unrelated to eSIMNEXA or network availability in rural/remote areas
