  • The eSIM fails to provide connectivity in the destination despite correct installation and device compatibility.
  • You are not satisfied with the service and request a refund before consuming 15% of the data allowance.

2. Easy & Hassle-Free Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–4 working days once approved.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
  • Partially used eSIMs may qualify for pro-rated refunds, depending on usage and issue.

3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds may not be provided if:

  • The eSIM has been fully consumed.
  • Incorrect device compatibility or user error is the cause of the issue.
  • The user requests a refund after the plan validity has expired.
